How to feel 100% more motivated at work

This is taken from a Facebook Live posted last week. Head over via the link in my profile to follow my live posts which are posted twice a week (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays)

My main drive is my wife and daughter. They keep me grounded, they keep me happy and keep me motivated.

The way they help me is through something really simple … a photo.

They sit on my desk at work and if I’m having a slow day, a mid week hump day or just not feeling the love, I just look at my family in the photo and I feel strong, motivated and reminded why I should push on.

Those that have such a motivation can be twice as productive at work and push through barriers they never thought possible.

For those who don’t have family, a mood board with must have or wish lists can be just as powerful.

Before I was married I used to have photographs of seals, underwater marine life and warm beaches as my motivation.

What’s on your mood board / motivation wall?
